To help us process your request, please include:
• The email used for payment
• The date your subscription was activated

Your cancellation will take effect starting from the next billing cycle.

Please note that deleting the app, closing the browser, or stopping the use of the service does not cancel a subscription.

Subscription charges are generally non-refundable once billing has occurred, unless required by applicable law.
